It’s been a big year with the gym, business, personal health and helping people get into the best shape of their lives!
It’s cool to look back because everything that has brought me to this point has come from sticking to doing what I love.
Anyways, this blog post isn’t about me… It’s about helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
Today I want to give you a simple analogy to enforce the most important factor to get healthy and fit.

Cutting my carbs to zero grams?
IT’S ONE WORD…CONSISTENCY!
I have a lot of people come to see me in the new year expecting to be more shredded than a pile of Hilary Clinton emails in 4 weeks, I simply give them this analogy to paint a realistic time frame.
“Think about health and fitness like a personal bank account"
You have either been adding or subtracting to this health and fitness account over the years...
Meaning you have built the balance up with solid investments like:
- GOOD NUTRITION
- STRESS MANAGEMENT
- SLEEP QUALITY
- PROPER SUPPLEMENTATION
- EFFECTIVE TRAINING
Bad investments would include:
- JUNK FOOD
- POOR SLEEP
- LACK OF EXERCISE
Every choice will either push you out of debt or set you further back. Think of these as health deposits or withdrawals. It might take some time to pay back that health debt and get into the green so be patient.
Just like the rich get richer the fit get fitter! Maintenance requires less effort, but getting there requires 100% focus!
Also you can think of genetics like an inheritance in the health and fitness account, some people just have to work harder than others"
